Suchita comes from a background of spearheading roles in marketing communications, technology and research for over 19 years in both private and non-profit sectors. Her experience stems from managing roles in a global staffing firm for establishing & streamlining communications, brand development and technology initiatives. The overall involvement in business helped her understand the nuances of the staffing industry in depth. Prior to that her experience encompasses strategizing across industries and companies for marketing communications and media management with teams across APAC, EMEA and US. As part of ISF’s endeavour, Suchita aims at strengthening the efforts of the staffing Industry towards comprehensive growth, building strategic relationships and establishing effective linkages between industry, employers, government & temporary contractual employees. She is an alumni of IIM Kolkata (Strategic Management) as an advanced degree, Post Graduate of Mass communication and an honors (graduate) of Economics.

Abhishek comes with an overall experience of 10+ years. In his current role at Indian Staffing Federation, he has been responsible for driving events and engaging with members for labour market data. His contributions have been instrumental in encouraging the growth of the federation through active persuasion to build the voice of the staffing industry. Few of his achievements has been leading various initiatives in IPR field like competition, awards and workshops. He is a BBA graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and he loves to travel and go on bike riding.

Akash is an economics graduate from the Elphinstone College Mumbai and Law graduate from the Government Law College Mumbai. He has two years of experience into economic and public policy research. His role at ISF is to look after the regulatory affairs related to the Central and State Governments. He is also conducting a policy research for the implementation challenges regarding the New Labour Codes across pan India.

Mansi has an overall experience of 6+ years. In Indian Staffing Federation she is handling Events & Member Engagement. She excels at planning and executing a wide range of events. Her approach to event management is both strategic and creative. She meticulously coordinates with vendors, by making sure events leave a lasting impression on attendees. She is also invested in fostering strong relationships with members, by keep members active & involved. She has done PGDM in Marketing & Finance from GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, she loves to go for trekking.

I began my career as a Graphic Designer in 2020, during which I honed my skills in essential software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coreldraw. My role has involved overseeing design projects within the company, managing events, and handling various image-related tasks. As a passionate Graphic Designer, I thrive on creating impactful designs across a diverse range of mediums. With 4.5 years of experience, I have collaborated with clients from various industries, including healthcare and technology startups. My expertise spans branding, illustration, and UX design, and I am constantly seeking innovative ways to push the boundaries of design.

With 6+ years of comprehensive experience in accounting and administration, I am a dedicated professional adept at managing financial records and streamlining office operations. My background includes overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance, all while supporting administrative functions to enhance organizational efficiency.

With 2 years of hands-on experience in the events industry, has quickly established themselves as a skilled and dedicated Event Executive. Specializing in corporate events, brings a fresh perspective and a keen attention to detail to every project.

I started my career in 2019 as a Data Management Executive, and subsequently transitioned to an MIS Executive role. With over 5 years of experience in the data field, I have developed a deep understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS). These systems are crucial for decision-making, coordination, control, analysis, and visualization of information within organizations. My expertise encompasses the study and application of MIS, which involves a blend of people, processes, and technology in an organizational context.
