A primary objective of ISF is to actively represent the industry and our membership before governments by providing input on employment legislation and regulations at the national and provincial levels. At the same time, ISF assumes a leadership role in ensuring that industry members are aware of legislation and regulatory changes which may affect their businesses and responsibilities as employers.

There is strength in numbers. As an ISF member you will be part of a community that will advocate on your behalf and provide you with resources to answer many questions. You will have more time to run your business, knowing that your interests are being protected.

Standard Activities of ISF
Involvement of Member

Government Relations: A primary objective of ISF is to actively represent the issues of temporary staff of our members before various Ministries (primarily Ministry of Labour and Employment & Ministry of Finance etc)

Member can take advantage of the platform by providing input on employment legislation and regulations at the state and central levels to the committee of ISF and also as permissible being part of the discussions.

Research : ISF conducts various quarterly and annual reports along with External partners where it is defining the landscape of opportunities .

Member can provide data which could be beneficial to suggest the growth of the sectors and be supportive in research. The management of Member can share knowledge resources as will be required for the development of the industry and we will look forward to the contributions towards research and industry data.

Representing your Interests– Protecting your business is key and keeping you informed of any policy issue, legislation and proposals that may arise are important to us. We provide weekly communications informing our members not only what is happening at a grassroots level, but also how we are representing their interests at a national level.

Sharing of knowledge on policies with members and corporates could also be a brand building exercise for Member as an indirect interaction.

Share Best Practices & Network: The only association in India to bring staffing professionals and industry experts together to introduce best practices, discuss new ideas and implement solutions to common business challenges.
