YoY: Overall Staffing industry grew at 8% YoY (2025-26)

  • The new employment demand continued to witness a robust growth rate at 8% YoY.
  • Nett new employment generated with staffing Industry (represented by ISF members) in the last 4 qtrs, was 1.18 lakhs indicating continued new demand for flexi staffing.
  • General Staffing industry witnessed new employment growth at a new level with 7.9 % YoY, whereas IT Staffing industry witnessed a positive growth at 10.1% YoY (Q4 vs Q4).

Q4 26: QoQ Overall Staffing industry increased at 0.9%

  • Overall Staffing Industry increased at 0.9% QoQ (Q4 26) aided mostly by general staffing across sectors.
  • IT Staffing witnessed a dip at 0.2% at Q4 26 (QoQ).
