In the pandemic induced work from home, The webinar focused on balancing work – life and Mental Well being for both employers and employees. In between responsibilities of family and work, oneself to deal with them equally has not only become stressful for the employee but has also landed employer in a spot of bother, who are now more concerned about employee well being than productivity.
Through this webinar, ISF has attempted to highlight some of the ways one can lend a ear of empathy as well as make it known that the struggle is not unique. The session was Held on 16th June, 2021; from 1500 hrs to 1630 hrs.
The webinar witnessed 200+ registrations and 100+ participants from multiple organizations and were extremely satisfied with the content and topics covered. The participants were from all the departments of the organizations primarily CEO’s, HR Heads, Sr. management, founders, directors, VP’s , etc.
