Suchita comes from a background of spearheading roles in marketing, communications, technology and research for over 22 years in both private and non-profit sectors. Her experience also encompassed building strategic marketing communications with teams across APAC, EMEA and US in various organisations.

As the Executive Director of Indian Staffing Federation, Suchita has been instrumental in propelling change through policy reforms as well as create awareness among corporate stakeholders towards ethical and organised employment practices. Suchita has been playing a pivotal role in bringing the recognition to dignity of work for the staffing and employment industry in India. Her body of work includes representing India on platforms of ILO (International Labour Organization) and working closely with the Ministry of Labour & Employment both at Central and State to encourage formalisation of Contract Staffing Industry. As part of ISF’s endeavour, Suchita aims at strengthening the efforts of the staffing Industry towards comprehensive growth, building strategic relationships and establishing effective linkages between industry, employers, government & temporary/contractual employees.

Suchita has been awarded the Super Achiever Award at the Femina 5th World Women Leadership Congress and Staffing Industry analysts (America) as Top 50 Global Women leaders- Staffing Industry (India). She is the only woman, who has a recognized voice from India, on the subject matter of Indian contract labour and workforce issues, at the global platforms.

She is an alumni of IIM Kolkata (Strategic Management) as an advanced degree; Certification on Public Policy, ISB (Indian School of Business, Hyderabad); Post Graduate of Mass communication and an honors (graduate) of Economics.

Abhishek comes with an overall experience of 10+ years. In his current role at Indian Staffing Federation, he has been responsible for driving events and engaging with members for labour market data. His contributions have been instrumental in encouraging the growth of the federation through active persuasion to build the voice of the staffing industry.

Few of his achievements has been leading various initiatives in IPR field like competition, awards and workshops.

He is a BBA graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and he loves to travel and go on bike riding.
